my mum and dads 29th anniversary cake
i got the idea from this tutorial [link]
it worked out ok, although i struggled a bit with getting the icing smooth as i didn't quite have enough to cope with a 3 layer cake so it was a bit thinner then it should of been
the cake is a rich chocolate truffle cake, i got the cake recipe from a new book that i got for my birthday [link]
it was a bit different from what i done before as it use real chocolate in it instead of just coco powder but it was deffintly a much nice cake so i'll defiantly be using it again
